How to participate:

Pick up a referral card from our front desk or ask your esthetician.
Write your name and contact information on the card.
Pass the card to your friend, who should present it during their first visit.

Without the card: Filling out the card is not necessary. If you prefer, your friend can conveniently text us to arrange a luxurious facial treatment while explicitly stating your name and the coveted 20% referral discount.

Eligibility:

Your friend must not have visited our spa or purchased our products in the past 18 months, and household members cannot refer each other. Also, referrals are attributed to households (here are 2 examples how household attribution makes a difference: 1) when you refer multiple people from the same household - it's considered as one referral, 2) when one member of the household is our customer, referring anybody else from this household can't be considered as a valid referral, no matter who referred them.)

Important small print: We kindly request your understanding that we are unable to provide referral discounts or gift certificates retroactively, based on past referrals. To ensure a seamless experience, it is vital that this information is communicated in advance, prior to the scheduled facial treatment, EXPLICITLY. An explicit request of the referral discount and the referrer's name must be done PRIOR to the facial treatment. Without PRIOR and EXPLICIT request the referral discount or the gift certificate cannot and will not be activated.

Please realize that the referral program is not an "automatic" right of our clients. Both, your friend and you, must be aware and explicitly request the referral discount PRIOR to the scheduled facial treatment, including the name who referred you. This is intentional. This is how this program is designed. If the referral discount is not explicitly requested prior to the facial, neither discount, nor gift certificate can be applied after the fact, regardless of the reason it wasn't requested.

***20% referral discount can't be combined with any other coupons or discounts.

***$100 gift certificate can't be combined with any other coupons or discounts. (This includes any sales and promotions on products, as well as a promotional treatments - if your friend is coming for a promotional treatment, the referral program is not applicable .)

***The referral program is applied only when your friend comes for a full facial treatment. This does NOT include promotional treatments and various mini treatments. You can ask us for details if you're unclear about this. The examples of full treatments are PEELING, FACIAL, DEEP MOISTURIZING TREATMENT, PEELING, FACIAL, ANTI-AGING COLLAGEN, LIFTING TREATMENT. The examples of non-full treatments that are not relevant to the referral program are PEELING treatment, PEELING, ANTI-AGING COLLAGEN TREATMENT, PEELING, ANTI-AGING LIFTING & FIRMING TREATMENT.

After their visit, we'll issue you a $100 gift certificate toward our products.
